Donya and Vonn My love and heart goes out to you. Carol and I go back 25 years. She is one of the few people I call a true friend. She welcomed me into her heart and family. You two are like my children. Carol introduce me to traveling and for the longest time she was my travel buddy. I have so many memories of the good times we shared in life and travel. Like the time in Acapulco when my braids were loose and one started drifting out to sea. Also when we were in the Bahamas and a hurricane hit. We shared so much and in the last few years when we could not travel together, we stayed in touch and had great talks. I will still talk to her in my prayers. God Bless Carol and God Bless you. Mom you and I had many differences and outlooks on life. But, that didn't mean a thing, because like every mother, you were always there for me whenever I needed you and in any capacity. In your death, I am learning so many tidbits about your past that I wish I knew about before so that we could have laughed together. Needless to say, your friends and I think you were an amazing woman. I hope that you are finding comfort now without the pain and suffering that you endured these last months of your life. Although we had our frustrating moments trying to communicate, I am honored to have been there with you throughout your ordeal. Please rest in peace. Vonn and I will take care of each other and of course Janay and Jocelyn. Don't you worry, we will be ok because you raised us to be strong. I didn't say it enough, but Mommy I love you so much.
